Ingredients
- 3 Roma Tomatoes
- Tuna (2.5 ounces / 70 grams)
- Cottage Cheese (5.2 ounces / 150 grams)
- Red Onion (1 ounce / 30 grams)
- Celery (1 ounce / 30 grams)
- ¼ Teaspoon Dried Dill
- Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat your grill to high heat or your oven at 400℉ or 200℃.
- Slice the Roma Tomatoes into halves and scoop out the seeds, flesh, and juices.
- Drain the Tomato halves by turning them upside down on a plate lined with paper towel.
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Red Onion, Celery, Dried Dill then season with Black Pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the Tomato halves with the mixture and top each with a slice of Mozzarella Cheese.
- Cook on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes or if you are using an oven, bake it for 8 to 10 minutes or until filling is very hot and cheese has melted. If you are using an oven,
