Ingredients
- Wholegrain Rolles Oats (120g / 4.2oz)
- Blueberries (100g / 3.5oz)
- 1 Whole Banana (120g / 4.2oz)
- 2 Eggs (88g / 3.1oz)
- Honey (2tbsp)
- Vanilla Extract (1tbsp)
- Baking Powder (1tbsp)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- Place 1 whole banana into a mixing bowl and mash to a paste.
- Add the eggs, honey, vanilla extract and baking powder and mix until all the ingredients have combined.
- Add the wholegrain rolled oats and the blueberries and mix well.
- Grease the muffin tray with butter and distribute the mix on the moulds evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Let the muffins rest for about 10 minutes after baking then server and enjoy!
