Ingredients
- Brown Whole-grain Pasta (250g / 8.8oz)
- Cooked Chicken Breast (300g / 10.6oz)
- Semi-dried Cherry Tomatoes (120g / 4.2oz)
- Pesto (150g / 5.3oz)
- Feta Cheese (60g / 2.2oz)
Directions
- Using a large pot set to a high heat, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the whole-grain pasta and cook for 12 minutes or until “al dente”, then drain out the water using a colander.
- Combine the pasta, cooked chicken breast, semi-dried tomatoes and pesto into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Place the pasta into a glass meal prep container then add the feta cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
