Zucchini Chips

These Zucchini Chips are high in protein and are absolutely healthier than your store-bought bag of chips. You can now say no to unnecessary and unhealthy cholesterol and calorie intake just to satisfy your cravings for chips. Healthy snacking is as simple as this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium-sized Zucchini
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 ½ Cup Bread Crumbs (8.8 ounces 250 grams)
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400℉ or 200℃
  2. Chop the Zucchini into very thin slices
  3. In a small bowl, beat one large Egg then add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Put the Breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip the Zucchini slices into the egg first, then dredge into Bread Crumbs to coat both sides.
  6. Arrange the Zucchini slices on a baking tray sprayed or brushed with cooking oil.
