Herby Smoked Salmon on Toast

Make this Smoked Salmon Sandwich that is high in protein and healthy fats. Enjoy this tasty, lactose and gluten free recipe as a healthy lunchtime snack. We used Alpro Simply Plain for the spread for mild and smooth texture mixed with a variety of herbs such as Parsley, Dill, and Basil but you can use Greek Yogurt or Cream Cheese or any spread of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Alpro Simply Plain
  • 1 Teaspoon Chives
  • 1 Teaspoon Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Parsley
  • Black Pepper & Salt
  • 2 Pieces of Toasted Sourdough Bread

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Alpro and all the chopped herbs (Chives, Dill, Basil, Par)
  2. Toast the Sourdough Bread
  3. Spread the Alpro mixture
  4. Add the Smoked  Salmon Fillet
  5. Garnish with herbs and serve
