Strawberry, Banana, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Quesadilla

This is a delicious energy boosting breakfast quesadilla stuffed with Strawberry, Banana and Chocolate chips. The crispy tortilla, fresh fruits combined with the melted chocolate-peanut butter spread tastes amazing. Prepare this snack in less than 10 minutes before going to work or any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 2 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (No added Salt & Sugar)
  • 1/2 Banana (Sliced)
  • 1 Strawberry (Sliced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dark Chocolate Chips 70% Cocoa

Directions

  1. Spread Peanut Butter over the whole tortilla.
  2. Arrange the Banana and Strawberry slices on one-half of Tortilla.
  3. Add Chocolate chips
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and press gently.
  5. Cook on a medium heat pan for 2 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden crispy brown.
  6. Cut the quesadilla into 3 parts and take a bite!
