Ingredients

  • 2 medium-size Bananas
  • 2 Cups Whole Grain Oats (12 ounces / 340 grams)
  • ⅔ Cup Coconut Flakes (4 ounces / 114 grams)
  • ½ Cup 70% Dark Chocolate Chips Cocoa (3 ounces / 85 grams)
  • ½ Cup Natural Peanut Butter No added salt and sugar (5 ounces / 85 grams)
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the Bananas into a soft state using a fork.
  2. Then, add Whole Grain Oats, Coconut flakes, Dark chocolate chips, Flaxseed, Peanut Butter, Cinnamon, Honey, Vanilla Extract.
  3. Stir all the ingredients until well combined. The mixture should be thick.
  4. Grab a portion of the mixture and shape it into tablespoon-sized balls using your hands.
  5. Place it on a tray lined with a baking paper, or if you don’t have it that’s fine.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
