  • ½ Cup Whole Grain Oats (2 ounces / 60 grams)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds
  • ⅓ Cup Raspberries (2 ounces / 60 grams)
  • ¼ Cup Blueberries (2 ounces / 60 grams)
  • ¼ Cup Strawberries Slices (2 ounces / 60 grams)
  • ⅓ Cup Banana Slices (2 ounces / 60 grams)
  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk ( 2 ounces / 60 milliliters)
  • ⅓ Cup Natural Yogurt (3.5 ounces / 100 grams)

Directions

  1. Prepare the blender and ingredients.
