Nutri Salad

Here’s a light, refreshing and flavorful salad you’ll enjoy. The amazingly delicious combination of crisp Cucumbers, juicy red Tomatoes, and Creamy Mozzarella cheese makes a perfect nutritious salad you can prepare in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½ Medium sized Cucumber
  • Baby Tomatoes (3.5 ounces / 100 grams)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (3.5 ounces / 100 grams)
  • ½ Medium sized Red Onion
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • ½ Cup Coriander (4 ounces / 70 grams – chopped)
  • 1 Whole Fresh Lime
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Get a large mixing bowl with all the ingredients. Cut the cucumber into half-inch slices, then split into half circles.
  2. Cut the baby tomatoes in half and chop the onion.
  3. Slice the avocado in half,  remove the seed, using a spoon scoop out the avocado from the peel and slice into one-inch cubes.
  4. Slice the Mozzarella cheese into half-inch cubes and mince the coriander
  5. Slice the lime in half, squeeze the juice into the bowl and pour olive oil.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste then mix all ingredients well.
