Ingredients
- 12 Medium size Eggs
- ⅔ Cup Semi-Skimmed Milk (150 milliliters)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Medium size Onion
- 1 Medium size Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Cups Broccoli Florets (5.6 ounces / 160 grams)
- 12 Turkey Rashes
- 6 Slimbos Brown Mixed Seed
- 6 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F or 200 ℃
- Spray 12×17 inch (30 x 44 cm) baking dish with cooking spray
- In the baking dish, beat 12 Eggs together with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Salt & Pepper, Garlic Powder mix them well.
- Add Onion, Red Pepper, Broccoli until incorporated
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Once cooled, slice the baked eggs into 6 square pieces.
- Arrange the Turkey Rashes on another baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cut your parchment paper into 8×8 squares for each breakfast baps and
- Lay the 8×8 parchment paper and top it with a white paper towel
- Assemble the sandwich, one Slimbos bread as the base, add the baked vegetable egg, add one slice of Mozzarella cheese, top it with 2 Turkey Rashes and another one Slimbos bread.
- Wrap the sandwich with a paper towel first to prolong the freshness in the freezer then wrap in parchment paper.
- Store in the fridge up to 3 days or store in the freezer up to 4 weeks.
- To serve, take the baps out from the fridge and microwave for 3 to 6 minutes and enjoy!
