  • ⅓ Cup Fresh Figs (1.8 ounces / 50 grams)
  • Almond Nuts (0.3 ounces / 10 grams)
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey

BANANA-PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN TUB

  • Greek Yogurt (7 ounces / 200 grams)
  • Whey Protein Powder – Vanilla (0.7 ounces / 50 grams)
  • ½ Banana sliced
  • ⅓ Cup Peanut Butter No Sugar and Salt Added (1.8 ounces / 50 grams)

CHOCOLATE-COCONUT PROTEIN TUB

  • Whey Protein Powder – Chocolate (0.7 ounces / 20 grams)
