Ingredients
- Makes one layer. Double the amount to make two layers parfait.
- ½ Cup Low-Fat Yoghurt
- 1 Squeeze of Honey
- ¼ Cup Granola
- 1 Chopped Strawberry
- 5 Blueberries
- ¼ Sliced Banana
Directions
- Use a dessert glass or tumbler
- Pour ½ cup Low-Fat Yoghurt
- Squeeze Honey, add Granola, Strawberries, Blueberries and Banana slices
- Repeat for the final layer.
- Add more toppings as desired and enjoy! You can also store in the refrigerator. Parfaits will stay good for 2-3 days.
