Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Avocados
- 1.5 Cans of Tuna – drained (5.8 ounces / 165 grams)
- ⅓ Cup Cottage Cheese (2.6 ounces / 75 grams)
- ½ Cup Red Peppers (2.5 ounces / 70 grams)
- ½ Cup Coriander (2.5 ounces / 70 grams – chopped)
- ½ Teaspoon Jalapeno – finely chopped
- ½ Cup Lime Juice (4.8 ounces / 142 milliliters)
Directions
- Cut the Avocado in equal halves and remove the seed. Use a spoon and scoop out a portion of the Avocado flesh.
- Place the Avocado fresh into a mixing bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Add the drained Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Red Peppers, Coriander, Jalapeno, Lime juice and season with pepper.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Stuff the ‘Avocado bowls’ with the mixture and sprinkle with basil and pepper. Then, enjoy!
