Ingredients
- 1 Slice Chia Seed Bread
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- Red Onions (3 ounces / 10 grams)
- Mixed Red and Green Bell Peppers (1.4 ounces / 40 grams)
- Organic Chorizo (0.8 ounces / 25 grams)
- 1 Medium-sized Egg
- Mozzarella (0.3 ounces / 10 grams)
Directions
- First, make the bread ring, cut a hole through the bread. Set aside the “center” of the bread.
- Set the non-sticky pan over a medium-high heat and add a splash of Olive oil.
- Sauté Red Onions, Mixed Peppers, and Organic Chorizo.
- Put all the sautéd ingredients to the center of the pan and top it with the bread ring.
- Spread the ingredients evenly inside the bread ring then add the scrambled egg.
- Add the Mozzarella Cheese evenly then top it with the “center” of the bread.
- Gently press on the “center” of the bread then toast the other side for five minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy!
