Ingredients
- 3 Medium sized Cucumbers
- ½ Cup Low-Fat Cream Cheese (5.8 ounces / 110 grams)
- ¼ Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Crab meat
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Spring Onions
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard
- ½ Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- Black Pepper & Salt
Directions
- Make cucumber cups first. Slice into 1 inch thick, then using a melon baller or small spoon, scoop the seeds out of the cucumber slices leaving about ¼ inch at the bottom.
- Mix Cream Cheese and Yogurt well.
- Add Crab meat, chopped Spring Onions, Mustard and Tabasco Sauce.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fill the Cucumber Cups with the mixture.
- Garnish with Paprika and serve!
