Fruit & Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • Makes one layer. Double the amount to make two layers parfait.
  • ½ Cup Low-Fat Yoghurt
  • 1 Squeeze of Honey
  • ¼ Cup Granola
  • 1 Chopped Strawberry
  • 5 Blueberries
  • ¼ Sliced Banana

Directions

  1. Use a dessert glass or tumbler
  2. Pour ½ cup Low-Fat Yoghurt
  3. Squeeze Honey, add Granola, Strawberries, Blueberries and Banana slices
  4. Repeat for the final layer.
  5. Add more toppings as desired and enjoy! You can also store in the refrigerator. Parfaits will stay good for 2-3 days.
