Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Chestnut Mushroom (10.5 ounces / 300 grams)
  • ¼ Cup Low-fat Crĕme Fraĩche
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Vegetable cube
  • ⅓ Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1 ¾ Cup Water (400 ml)
  • Black Pepper and Salt

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir Chestnut Mushrooms, Onion & Garlic altogether.
  3. Add Water, Vegetable Cubes, Black Pepper & Salt and keep stirring.
  4. Reduce heat & simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add Low-fat Crĕme Fraĩche & Parsley and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a food processor or a blender (or use a hand-held stick blender) to whizz until completely smooth. Add more water to thin out if necessary
  7. Taste and add more salt if necessary.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
