Apple Cinnamon Crisps

Here’s a crispy, crunchy and healthy snack recipe you can enjoy any time of the day. The delicious combination of Apple and Cinnamon makes for a tasty snack which is low in calories and high in fiber.

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium sized Apples
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200℉ or 90℃.
  1. Using an Apple core remover tool, create a hole in the middle of the Apple.
  2. Cut the Apple into thin slices and put it into a large bowl.
  3. Add Cinnamon and Coconut Sugar. Toss until the Apple slices are all well coated.
  4. Spray olive oil on the baking tray and line the apples in a single layer.
  5. Bake the apples for 2 hours or until dry and crispy.
