Ingredients
- 2 Medium sized Apples
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 200℉ or 90℃.
- Using an Apple core remover tool, create a hole in the middle of the Apple.
- Cut the Apple into thin slices and put it into a large bowl.
- Add Cinnamon and Coconut Sugar. Toss until the Apple slices are all well coated.
- Spray olive oil on the baking tray and line the apples in a single layer.
- Bake the apples for 2 hours or until dry and crispy.
